The standard concrete mixing blades S40, S45, and S50 are manufactured from and feature:
- S40 and S45: Fe 510 (S355) steel; thickness 8 mm;
- S50 made of Fe 510 steel (S355); thickness 10 mm;
- Mixer auger rings made of wear-resistant Hardox 500 TUF, thickness 15 mm;
- Mixer shaft made of C45 solid steel; diameter 75 mm;
- Lower edge made of wear-resistant hardened steel;
- Roller bearings with freely moving rollers;
- Central hydraulically controlled discharge opening with protected piston rod;
- M+S Hydraulic motor (S40);
- Danfoss hydraulic motor (S45 & S50);
- Rexroth-Bosch manifold for the discharge opening;
- Hot-dip galvanized protective gate with cement bag-tearing teeth;
- Hydraulic lines with protective sheathing;
- Electrical kit for connection to the construction machine;
- Rubber discharge hose with guide rod;
- Quick-change mount for telescopic or wheel loaders (two brackets);
- CE certificate with operating and maintenance instructions.

These mixing bucket models can be mounted on skid-steer loaders,
wheel loaders, medium-sized telescopic wheel loaders, and 13- to 18-ton
excavators.
