New Medium-sized mulcher for small and compact tractors from 20 hp Thanks to their compact design, the mulchers in the Agrifarm ML series are ideal for small and compact tractors for mulching grass, scrub, and woody vegetation in meadows, pastures, paddocks, and forest edges.
They are mounted on the rear three-point hitch (cat. 1) of the tractor with a PTO speed of 540 rpm. The mulcher's gearbox runs in an oil bath and has an integrated freewheel. The mulchers are equipped with 400-gram hammer flails, which are distributed in a staggered pattern on the flail shaft.
The straight cutting edge of the flails ensures a clean cut of the meadow. Furthermore, smaller branches can also be mulched without any problems. An integrated counter blade in the mulcher housing shreds the mulched material and ejects it over the rear.
A height-adjustable trailing roller at the rear of the mulcher and height-adjustable skids regulate the cutting height. A scraper ensures that the trailing roller is constantly cleaned. The flail shaft and trailing roller run in lubricated bearings that are easily accessible from the outside.
At the front of the mulcher, pendulum flaps ensure that no objects such as stones or mulched material can escape from the mulching housing. Power is transmitted from the gearbox to the flail shaft by a 3- or 4-fold V-belt drive, depending on the working width.
The tension of the V-belts is very easy to adjust using easily accessible tensioning screws. The mulching housing is made of 5 mm thick steel, and the 3-point suspension is 10-12 mm thick. Due to their low weight, these mulchers are particularly suitable for small and compact tractors from 20 hp.

Mittllerer Mulcher für Klein- und Kompakttraktoren ab 20PS
Die Mulcher der Baureihe agrifarm ML sind aufgrund der kompakten Bauweise perfekt geeignet für Klein- und Kompakttraktoren zum Mulchen von Gras, Gestrüpp und Gehölz auf Wiesen, Weiden, Pferdekoppeln und Waldrändern.
Die Montage erfolgt an den Heck-Drei-Punkt Kat.1 des Traktors mit einer Zapfwellendrehzahl von 540 U/min.
Das Getriebe des Mulchers läuft im Ölbad und hat einen integrierten Freilauf.
Ausgestattet sind die Mulcher mit 400gramm Hammerschlegeln, die versetzt auf der Schlegelwelle verteilt sind.
Die gerade Schnittkante der Schlegel sorgen für einen sauberen Schnitt der Wiese. Weiterhin können auch kleinere Äste problemlos gemulcht werden.
Durch eine integrierte Gegenschneide im Mulchgehäuse wird das Mulchgut zerkleinert und über das Heck ausgeworfen.
Eine höhenverstellbare Nachlaufwalze am Heck des Mulchers und höhenverstellbare Gleitkufen sorgen für die Regulierung der Schnitthöhe.
Ein Abstreifer sorgt für ständiges Reinigen der Nachlaufwalze.
Schlegelwelle und Nachlaufwalze laufen in schmierbaren Lagern, die von aussen leicht zugänglich sind.
An der Frontseite des Mulchers sorgen Pendelklappen dafür, dass keine Gegenstände wie Steine oder Mulchgut aus dem Mulchgehäuse austreten können.
Die Kraftübertragung von Getriebe zur Schlegelwelle wird durch einen 3- bzw. 4-fachen Keilriemenantrieb gewährleistet, je nach Arbeitsbreite.
Die Spannung der Keilriemen ist sehr einfach durch leicht zugängliche Spannschrauben zu regulieren.
Das Mulchgehäuse besteht aus 5mm starkem Stahl, die 3-Punkt-Aufhängung ist 10-12mm stark.
Aufgrund des geringen Gewichtes sind diese Mulcher speziell für Klein- und Kompakttraktoren ab 20PS geeignet.
Optional sind die Mulcher auch mit hydraulischer Seitenverstellung erhältlich.
