The JGP paddy separator is used wherever sorting with pneumatic weight separators does not work optimally because the difference in density between the fractions to be sorted is too small. The JGP paddy separator separates not only according to density, but also according to surface roughness and the rolling and impact behavior of the kernels.
Various sorting decks are available for different applications. We are the official and authorized factory representative of JK Machinery a.s. for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland! We supply individual components and spare parts, but also plan and build complete systems. This includes in-depth consulting and planning. Der Paddyseparator JGP wird überall dort eingesetzt, wo eine Sortierung mit pneumatischen Gewichtsauslesern nicht optimal funktioniert, weil der Dichteunterschied der zu sortierenden Fraktionen zu gering ist. Der Paddyseparator JGP trennt nicht nur nach der Dichte, sondern auch nach der Oberflächenrauhigkeit sowie des Roll- und Prallverhaltens der Kerne.
Es sind verschiedene Sortierdecks für verschiedene Anwendungen verfügbar.
