Agola Grinder 285 + APV-NEU
Agola Grinder 285 Plus Reversible Tiller
Our reversible tillers perform numerous tasks in a single pass, offering significant agricultural and economic benefits:
- Tilling + seeding
- Breaking up and burying stones + seeding
- Leveling the tilled soil to prepare it for seeding
- Reducing clod size
- Promoting seedbed drainage and improving water management
- Reduced soil compaction
- Faster soil warming
- Significant labor savings
- Faster soil preparation
- Seeding
How it works: The tilling blades operate in the opposite direction compared to a
conventional rotary tiller or a tine rotor. The entire soil mass is conveyed over the rotor shaft
and separated at the screening rake, where crumbly soil is separated from stones and clods. The coarse
particles that do not fit through the rake’s openings fall to the ground in front of it.
Crumbly soil and small stones that are thrown through the rake then cover the
larger particles. Less compaction occurs in the upper soil layer, as this
method grinds less soil.
On heavy soils, clods are broken down into crumbs at the rake; anything that remains too large is
covered with smaller crumbs. The soil thus becomes less compacted, as very fine particles are absent.
The reversible tiller can be used for almost all soil cultivation tasks. It differs from conventional
reversible tillers due to its ability
to work deeper and its more robust construction. Stones are also unlikely to get jammed.
Reversible tillers are the ideal machines for seedbed preparation.
In reverse tillers, the tiller shaft rotates in the opposite direction to the rotation of the tractor wheels. The tiller blades cut out soil, which is thrown against a screen. This separates the fine soil from stones and plant debris. These are deposited back into the tilled furrow and covered again. This means that after just one pass, the fine soil is on top. The result is a seedbed free of unwanted material and with a fine, crumbly texture.
A reversible tiller helps save time and optimally prepares the soil for sowing.

- Geringere Bodenverdichtung
- Schnellere Bodenerwärmung
- Erhebliche Einsparung an Arbeitskräften
- Schnellere Bodenbereitung
- Aussaat
Arbeitsweise weniger Erde zermahlt.
