HETWIN CUT&MIX
The HETWIN ARANOM cut&mix has a floor-mounted chassis with newly developed, highly efficient lithium-ion battery technology and is based on magnets sunk into the floor. This eliminates the need for the entire rail system, which can be a great advantage, especially for longer feeding table areas.
Furthermore, the HETWIN ARANOM cut&mix allows six work steps to be completed with just one machine:

The robot can also be powered entirely by its own electricity, which is becoming increasingly popular due to its economic importance and means energy cost savings of up to 60%. The rechargeable batteries, which are characterized by good cycle stability, can optionally be used as battery storage (HETWIN-ECO-Power).
The proven horizontal cutting and mixing system ensures a homogeneous mixed ration and uniform feed discharge. There is no destruction of the structure (denaturation). This makes the ARANOM cut&mix an all-round cutting robot for all feed components: Loader wagon silage, round bale silage, straw, hay (100%), as well as all other short components.
It is also possible to store several days' supply in the storage containers. The containers are available in three different sizes. Special materials guarantee a long service life and no feed residue remains on the side walls. After filling, the work is finished, the feeding robot carries out all further steps completely autonomously, which in turn means a saving in working time of up to 70%.

Der HETWIN ARANOM cut&mix besitzt ein Bodenfahrwerk mit neu entwickelter, hocheffizienter Lithium-Ionen-Akku-Technologie und orientiert sich an den im Boden versenkten Magneten. Somit wird das komplette Schienensystem eingespart, was speziell bei längeren Futtertischbereichen von großem Vorteil sein kann.
Des Weiteren können mit dem HETWIN ARANOM cut&mix sechs Arbeitsschritte mit nur einer Maschine erledigt werden:

Die Akkus, die sich durch eine gute Zyklenfestigkeit auszeichnen, können optional als Batteriespeicher genutzt werden (HETWIN-ECO-Power).
Durch das bewährte Horizontal-Schneid-Mischsystem wird eine homogene Mischration und gleichmäßige Futteraustragung gewährleistet. Eine Zerstörung der Struktur (Denaturierung) gibt es dadurch nicht. Somit zählt der ARANOM cut&mix zum Schneid-Allroundroboter für alle Futterkomponenten: Ladewagensilage, Rundballensilage, Stroh, Heu (100%), sowie alle weiteren Kurzkomponenten.
Auch der Vorrat in den Vorratsbehältern ist für mehrere Tage möglich. Die Behälter sind in drei verschiedenen Größen erhältlich. Durch spezielle Materialien wird eine lange Lebensdauer garantiert und auch an den Seitenwänden bleiben keine Futterreste zurück. Nach der Befüllung ist die Arbeit beendet, der Fütterungsroboter erledigt alle weiteren Schritte völlig autonom, was wiederum eine Arbeitszeitersparnis von bis zu 70% bedeutet.
