PRINCIPLE The VSE 430 works with all types of Guyot pruning, but achieves the best results with flat Guyot pruning without increasing the time required for preparatory pruning. Its frame is equipped with a feed disc and pull-off wheels. The feed disc is positioned opposite the extraction wheels. It pushes the branches towards the wheels; a toothed chain then takes them over and transports them between the wheels, which pull them out sideways. The branches removed in this way fall into the middle of the row. It is possible to attach a shredder to the rear of the tractor and shred the branches immediately after they have been pulled out.
ADVANTAGES The removal of the branches corresponds to manual cutting. Centralized common lubrication. Works with all types of posts and binding wires.
Working speed WIRE LIFTER OPTIONS The VSE 430 can be optionally equipped with a wire lifter device that releases the binding wire(s) as the machine passes by (removable wires, posts with notches that allow the wires to be automatically pulled upward).

PRINZIP
Der VSE 430 funktioniert bei allen Guyot-Schnittarten, aber die beste Leistung wird beim flach gebundenen Guyot erzielt, ohne die Zeit für den Vorbereitungs-Schnitt zu erhöhen. Sein Gestell ist mit einer Zuführscheibe und Abzugsrädern ausgestattet. Die Zuführscheibe ist gegenüber den Abzugsrädern angeordnet. Sie schiebt die Zweige zu den Rädern; eine Zahnkette übernimmt sie dann und fördert sie zwischen die Räder, die sie seitlich herausziehen. Die so entfernten Zweige fallen in die Mitte der Zeile. Es ist möglich, einen Häcksler hinten am Traktor anzubauen und die Zweige sofort nach dem Herausziehen zu häckseln.
VORTEILE
Das Herausziehen der Zweige entspricht dem manuellen Schneiden.
Zentralisierte gemeinsame Schmierung.
Funktioniert bei allen Arten von Pfählen und Heftdrähten.

DRAHTHEBER OPTIONEN
Der VSE 430 kann optional mit einer Drahthebe-Vorrichtung ausgestattet werden, die den/die Heftdrähte beim Vorbeifahren der Maschine freisetzt (herausnehmbare Drähte, Pfähle mit Kerben, die das automatische Abziehen der Drähte nach oben ermöglichen).
