Fiberglass Calf Huts
STRONG AND DURABLE:
The individual stalls and large-capacity huts are constructed with three layers. The smooth inner layer makes cleaning much easier. The middle layer is made of polyester and provides the calf hut with the necessary stability. The white outer layer ensures maximum reflection of solar energy. As a result, the calf huts do not overheat unnecessarily even in summer and provide the calves with a cool, shaded resting area.
EASIER TO USE:
To clean the exit gate, simply tilt the gate over the hut. The calf remains inside the igloo. The front gate can be easily moved on sturdy wheels. By attaching bucket rings to the front, milk, concentrate, and water can be provided to the calf simultaneously.
WELL-BEING:
The calf hut features natural climate regulation. This keeps the hut dry and draft-free. This significantly reduces the risk of calves contracting illnesses such as pneumonia. Nothing stands in the way of the calf’s growth.

Kälberhütten aus Fiberglas
STARK UND LANGLEBIG:
Die Einzelboxen und Großraumhütten bestehen aus 3 Schichten. Durch die glatte Innenschicht wird die Reinigung deutlich vereinfacht. Die mittlere Schicht besteht aus Polyester und gibt der Kälberhütte die notwendige Stabilität. Die weiße Außenschicht sorgt dafür, dass die Sonnenenergie maximal reflektiert wird. Dadurch erwärmen sich die Kälberhütten auch im Sommer nicht unnötig auf und bieten den Kälbern einen kühlen, schattigen Liegebereich.
ARBEITSERLEICHTERUNG:
Bei der Reinigung des Auslaufgitters kippen Sie einfach das Gitter über die Hütte. Das Kalb verbleibt so im Inneren des Iglus. Das Frontgitter lässt sich über solide Räder leicht bewegen. Über das Anbringen von Eimerringen an der Front kann dem Kalb gleichzeitig Milch, Kraftfutter und Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
WOHLBEFINDEN:
Die Kälberhütte verfügt über eine natürliche Klimaregulierung. Dadurch bleibt die Hütte trocken und zugfrei. Die Gefahr, dass die Kälber zum Beispiel an einer Lungenentzündung erkranken, wird dadurch deutlich gehemmt. Dem Wachstum des Kalbes steht deshalb nichts mehr im Wege.
