Pneumatisches Saug-Druckgebläse für den flexiblen Getreidetransport

Das vorgestellte pneumatische Saug-Druckgebläse ermöglicht einen effizienten horizontalen und vertikalen Transport von Getreidekorn. Es kommt überall dort zum Einsatz, wo Getreide flexibel bewegt werden muss – sei es beim Entladen aus Haufen, Behältern oder Silos auf Transportmittel oder umgekehrt.

Das System arbeitet mit einer Absaugdüse am Ende eines flexiblen Schlauches, die das Getreide ansaugt. Dieses wird anschließend durch einen Zyklon, einen Dosierer und das angeschlossene Rohrleitungssystem zum Zielort befördert. Dank der pneumatischen Technik kann der Materialfluss sowohl durch Unterdruck als auch durch Druckluft effizient gesteuert werden.
