Die erste Mega-Generation brachte Claas im Jahr 1993 auf den Markt. 10 Jahre später wurde die letzte Mega-Generation eingeführt. Das kleinste Modell, war der Mega 202, mit 160 PS Motorleistung und 5.500 l Korntankgröße. Das größte Modell, war der Mega 370, mit 260 PS sowie einem 8.200 l Korntank.
